I refer to a typescript attributed to Anne Topham, an Englishwoman and dated September 1902. Miss Topham came to Potsdam Palace Germany as governess to the nine year old Princess Victoria Louise, daughter of the German Kaiser and Kaiserine, In this document she describes her experience of riding the Imperial horses and also Kaspar the Imperial Sattelmeister or instructor. She included many photographs, of the Princess, the horses she and Victoria Louise rode, the sattelmeister and grooms, and the many palaces she visited;
